Return policy

Due to the unique and original nature of the works, all sales are considered final.

No returns accepted except in the following cases:

• Verifiable damage during transport

• Error in submission (incorrect work)

In case of damage during shipping:

1. The buyer must notify within the first 48 hours after delivery.

2. You will need to send photographs of the packaging and the artwork.

3. If the shipment was insured, the corresponding process will be initiated with the transport company.

No refunds are accepted for changes of mind.
